Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Split Shipments
To provide faster delivery, some orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Koreperm has no control over customs procedures or additional import fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Koreperm cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Failed Deliveries
Orders returned due to:
- incorrect addresses;
- repeated failed delivery attempts;
- refusal to accept delivery;
may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- customs inspections;
- severe weather;
- transportation disruptions;
- public holidays;
- carrier delays;
- high shipping volumes.
We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged product;
- photos of the shipping packaging.
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable or restricted by law or by our logistics partners.
