Return & Refund Policy

At Koreperm, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.
14-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components.
- Be in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Hygiene & Intimate Products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, products intended for intimate personal use cannot be returned once the security seal or original packaging has been opened, unless:
- the item arrived damaged;
- the product is defective;
- the wrong item was shipped.
This policy helps ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.
Dietary Supplements
If Koreperm offers dietary supplements, they may only be returned if:
- the safety seal remains intact;
- the product is unopened;
- the original packaging is undamaged.
Opened dietary supplements cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product;
- a defective product;
- an incorrect item;
- or an item with missing parts,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To speed up the process, include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the product;
- photos of the shipping package;
- a brief description of the issue.
After review, we will provide a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to:
- our error;
- a defective item;
- shipping damage;
- or an incorrect product,
Koreperm will cover the applicable replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened intimate-use products.
- Opened dietary supplements.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or complimentary items.
- Products damaged through misuse, accidents or improper handling.
International Orders
As Koreperm works with international fulfillment partners, some orders may ship from different warehouse locations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
